Wow! This video made me realize just how old I really am. I mean, I’m only 28, but I remember this and how cool I thought it was…back in the day. I loved DC Talk when I was a kid. My first CD ever was a DC Talk CD. I only had tapes before that!

Haha wow! I was almost embarassed for DC Talk there at the beginning but yeah they broke down the rap stereotype concept really well. I like the deliberately goofy presentation- this is dead on. they knew what they were doing and they were good at it.

hahaha…This is DC …
hahaha…This is DC Talk in the old school when they were a lot more goofy. If you think the vid is weird, there is good reason for this. This is a COMIC portrayal of rap artists. You’d never see even Toby wearing something that flamboyant on a daily basis even in the heyday of DC Talk’s career. But yeah, if you think this song is corny (Which I don’t, I love it), try being ha-ha heaven, ha-ha-ha heaven, ha-ha-heaven bound.
